Welcome to MoE, a Discord bot developed by Blacky. Before using MoE, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By using the bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Use of MoE

1.3 The bot's availability is subject to maintenance, updates, and occasional downtime. We strive to minimize interruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to MoE.

3.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue MoE or any part thereof without prior notice.

5.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer MoE or any part thereof without obtaining prior written permission from Blacky.

6.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version.
6.2 It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of MoE after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

7.1 We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to MoE for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms or Discord's Terms of Service.
7.2 Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will cease immediately.
